The filter pre-filter was shipped separately. I did have to email them saying it was missing. They immediately emailed me back with tracking number saying it was being shipped separately. Overall my products arrived with no damage and were easily installed.

Had an issue with the mounting pad of my intake and the seller contacted the manufacturer for me and obtained a replacement. Very responsive, with great customer service. Their pricing is very competitive and the quality exceeded my expectations. The item was securely packaged and arrived in new condition. Very got fit and finish for the price point. A class act and I couldn’t ask for better.
