The keyboard was sold as used and refurbished and I have no complaints as the seller responded immediately with the offer of a paid label for return. Minor critique in that the laptop was sent in packing peanuts in a box with no bubble wrap or anything, if it had been bashed about more in transit it would have been destroyed. Would recommend a bit more packing in future, but to give it it's due it did arrive without any noticeable damage. This method has kept every item safe during transit. However, I’ve also learned that you can’t please every customer all the time. For the record, I understand that I’m responsible for ensuring the item arrives in the condition described, and that’s what should be judged—not the specific packaging method I use.

Not the exact part number that was in the listing title, but a compatible Lenovo part (Lenovo says it fits T570 and P51s, but T580 is compatible). Arrived properly packed in a Lenovo box but the box has a different part number (crossed out) for a German layout keyboard. The keyboard itself is UK layout and backlit, which is the correct one that was ordered.
