Got in touch with the retailer, asked me to check that the shock was in good condition, which it was, but they did offer to replace it, but I was sure it was absolutely fine to use. So all in all very pleased with the retailer.👍🏻

Beyond there control and this is not the first time. So word of advice do not use this company unless you are not in a hurry.
