I installed the unit and there were several software issues that needed correction. The seller quickly responded to my concerns and set up an online time to correct all the software issues. All the software issues were reprogramed online and the unit works perfectly. Very happy with the sellers response and price point for this kit. Five star customer service!

It works great, it looks great, price is good, and all of the components are new. I highly recommend it. If you want wireless android auto or car play I also found an adapter for about $30 that makes it wireless

Of course, this is coming from China, though they must have stock in place because took only 2 days to get here. I purchased this to upgrade my Sync2 to Sync3. I had DTCs on the APIM and a few other modules. Contacting Remote support was hard as they are in China, BUT once contacted and figured out the remedy, the DTCs were remedied pretty quickly, they sent a GPS antenna that fixed gpsissue, i get a Nav error but only for a sec now
