The box was not damaged at all so not sure if it was put in the box that way. Nevertheless I had some extra clips from previous jobs and made it work. The product is a good deal for the price.

However, when you get a 4-core radiator for a 2000 Chevy Silverado, the mounting brackets for it to go in the truck are backwards. You have to get four 1-inch barrel nuts and longer bolts to get it to bolt in with the stock upper radiator support. Mishimoto radiators are three cores. I wanted the extra bit of cooling, the factory electric cooling fans do not bolt up to this directly. You have to modify the fan housing and mounting set up for it to work.
