Not enough space here to explain the whole story, but I did finally get the mirror without much help from the seller. My sister saw it posted again after my contacts through ebay channels were basically ignored. I took a chance and bought the mirror, and it was shipped to me without any issues. I absolutely LOVE it but the seller was not helpful in communicating with me. Hope that changes in future.
