I ordered it for post surgery home physical therapy. I can use the lower level while improving the strength and motion and when things are better I use the higher level for a workout. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again
