They offer to refund, but I need to pay to have the tire removed to send it back. Instead, I pay again, expecting the correct hub in the wheel. 2 WEEKS LATER, they decide to message and say they can't build it. They LITERALLY ADVERTISE that they build the stock wheel for my bike! The wheel you ordered was not the correct Harley wheel for your bike; it was a custom application. That’s why I explained we could not make a replacement in the way you requested. We do advertise and build stock Harley wheels, but what you asked for was outside of that scope. I understand the frustration with the process, but the problem stems from the fact that the wrong wheel was ordered in the first place.

There nice but white walls would have been much nicer. Other than that it took a while which I knew in advance. They are helpful when asking questions.
