Wish I to knew before I bought: The PC is hellbent on installing Windows 11 and requires an Internet connection to do so. Accessing the BIOS setup is a real pain in the butt @1st. The HP Secure Boot sys has added a huge level of complexity when dealing w/ legacy OSes vs. UEFI. The fan is too noisy. The front has moderate scratches. No DVD eject button. No SD card reader.

However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
