Items were in good condition, as described/pictured, had been thoroughly cleaned, and for quite a reasonable price. When an unforeseen issue came up (which is bound to happen sometimes with 25-year-old electronics), seller was helpful, professional, and made the return process as painless as possible. Would gladly do business again.

It's a quality refurbished item, in great refurbished condition. The appearance of the controller was good, exactly as shown, and exactly as I expected. Communication was very good. Shipping was ultra fast. Packaging was solid. I believe this was a great purchase at a great value!
