Items were in good condition, as described/pictured, had been thoroughly cleaned, and for quite a reasonable price. When an unforeseen issue came up (which is bound to happen sometimes with 25-year-old electronics), seller was helpful, professional, and made the return process as painless as possible. Would gladly do business again.

Being a game cartridge, box and inserts that are decades old, everything I received was in EXCELLENT condition. I could not believe the condition on everything. Very fast shipping. Price was awesome for what I received. Everything looked great. Just cannot get over the quality of it all. And it all works!!!! Also, the packing was great as well. It's a quality refurbished item, in great refurbished condition. The appearance of the controller was good, exactly as shown, and exactly as I expected. Communication was very good. Shipping was ultra fast. Packaging was solid. I believe this was a great purchase at a great value!
