Instead of answering a couple, simple questions, they were curt, snide and gave only general info in their responses! Just when I received an email from eBay saying my item was finally "shipped", seller sent me a final response to my questions, saying that they wouldn't go "back and forth" with me and then CANCELLED my order, labeling the cancellation as "out of stock"... even though the DVD is STILL clearly for sale on their seller page!
