The s9100 also takes full HD video at a resolution of up to 1920x1080 pixels for breathtaking moving images. To take still images while recording video using Nikon Coolpix s9100 compact cameras, simply press down on the shutter release and the camera will take a still frame using the resolution you’re already shooting in. This eliminates the need to switch between the two options or choose only one type of image to take and saves you time. Take up to five continuous shots using the burst mode option, ideal for getting the best possible photo even when shooting moving subjects. Choose from several color effects, including controls for brightness, vividness, and hue, and select from multiple white balance options that include auto, daylight, tungsten, fluorescent and open shade. The s9100 uses a lithium-ion rechargeable battery that lasts for up to 270 pictures and charges via USB using either a wall adapter or a computer.
