      The doll had gotten lost in shipping but she was able to found and delivered. The seller was exceptionally very helpful in the process. She was packaged okay no damage to the box or the doll. USPS lost the package for about a month, which wasn't in any way the seller's fault. The only reason I mention it is because they took so much time and care in calling USPS and ensuring it got to me!       Cons: Shipping was slower than expected (not necessarily seller's fault). The item I received isn't the one shown in the listing's photos. The horn is smaller, the hair is matted but I think it can be salvaged. Pros: The item was wrapped and packaged well and arrived securely. The seller responded quickly to questions and had great communication. Otherwise, its in great condition: no tears, stains or smells.
