This is clearly a B&Q return and it actually states Lid Broken on the label. It had no protective packing. These are cheaper in B&Q. Communication was very slow. I had to refuse a part refund 3 times before they finally refunded me. Took nearly 3 weeks to get my money back. I do not recommend this seller at all, avoid.
