Came well protected in a air/bubble wrapper ensuring no damage to the laptop in transit. Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
