I am 86 years olf and not very tech savvy so it could be me, but I'm used to be able to buy a computer and merely loading my programs on to them. Not the case this time. Thjerefore, I am still unable to use the laptop. This is not a negative report for the laptop nor the seller because it might be that I'm the problem?? I simply don't don't?????

If I did not know better, I would have said it was brand new. Not only does it look good it performs. It has a 1 terabyte hard disk and 32 mg of Ram. The seller threw in a 3-year warranty so he is very confident of this laptop. I certainly would purchase from him again. His description of this product was on the money. Great transaction and great ebay seller!
