When I put the sim card & SD memory in the sim tray, the tray would not close. I removed the memory card & the tray worked fine. I took the phone to a repair shop (U Break I Fix) & they sold me a new sim tray. This fixed the problem but this should never have happened.The tray that came in the phone was defective. Other than that, all is OK. Thanks, Howard

There were features such as visusl voice mail and wifi calling that wouldn't work on the verizon network. Seller told me verizon could fix, but after 2 trips to the store and several phone calls to verizon, I'm told these are not possible with the phone. Couldn't return because my kids were going out of the country and didn't have the opt of returning in 30 days.

My Sim card says tmobile but it's prepaid and this phone says tracfone wireless provider by Verizon. When I'm at home, I get one bar to no bar of service but I used wifi. I loved the phone but it's the signal and I called tmobile customer service said this phone is NOT capable with tmobile so had to return it. Purchase wrong phone devices.

However back glass was listed to be black received blue but I like it so no big deal. Only problem I had was getting sender to message me back about another item. Transfer of Roger direct licenses needed specific instructions which you could have simply asked for, but the item was damaged which was not our intention! We do not misrepresent our products in any way or sell unsafe accessories!
