They immediately had a message asking for my vehicle information so they could confirm I chose the correct part. I requested a cancellation almost immediately after realizing the brakes and rotors wouldn't arrive until after we left for our 3,400mi trip. Fraxleauto was SO quick to accept and refund. The other buyer did not, and I just had to mess around returning theirs.
