Upon arrival there were multiple stickers (Including what I assume to be the prior issued phone number.) on the phone also being loaded with approx. 50 contacts named Auto 1,2 3 and so on. (After deleting contacts) Phone autodialed multiple numbers and sent multiple texts (1111, 2222, 3333, 4444 etc.) that included photo and or playable attachments. At one point it shows over 460 dials. I placed an order for a battery like this shortly before a security crisis started in my area causing huge delays in traffic. The item arrived a couple of weeks after the crisis lifted but without any notice when or where. I found about it and headed on to the post office too little too late as they sent it back. I contacted seller who willingly dived in to sort it out, sent me another one that arrived in a few days. An extraordinary service!
