Pricing was OK, and in this case buying used didn't save much if anything. My main complaint is the packaging is bad - the book was sent in a plain envelope and not even a bubble mailer. It was split open when I took it out of my mailbox. Thankfully the book itself was undamaged but I got lucky. I wouldn't risk ordering a valuable or hardback book from here.

They immediately reached out to me to communicate the issue. After I requested a refund it was processed the same day. Although I did not get what I ordered, I received great customer service. I will definitely buy from again!
