Seller ship these in a box with fast shipping in excellent condition.This is the second time that I have bought these print heads from this seller. These will be back up for my 4 zebra printers. I bought one printer head the first time and installed it into my zebra printer that was not printing correctly, and it solved the problem. This option is a lot cheaper than having to buy a whole new zebra thermal printer. Thanks
