Other than a bit bent up, the scooper is well made, looks GR8,as described, & the very best value on eBay as Well!Thankfully this seller was great at communications, as best as they knew how, and made this a pleasurable deal5***

Shipped in a plastic envelope. The boxes were crushed, but the items were undamaged. Seller does not ship from US as implied by the Texas location. Drop shipped from China. This explains the Slow shipping. The overall value is still very good. I wish the shipping origin was clearly disclosed. I thought I was purchasing from a US shipper. Almost left a neutral review.
