Packaging was excellent and dispatch was prompt. Unfortunately, the drive would not spin up. I confirmed that this was not a PWDIS problem on my end and reached out to the seller. The seller responded promptly and arranged prepaid return with a refund on receipt This is more than satisfactory by me.
