The seller realized they didn’t have the remote (per listing it said it did) but the seller reached out quickly and asked if I’d like a full refund or take it without the remote with a $20 refund. Really appreciated the honesty and options they provided. I chose to take the tv with the $20 refund for missing remote. Tv is in REALLY good condition. Daughter loves it
