It has a few scratches here and there from wear and tear and the key coloration is a little worn out but it's all just cosmetic, nothing on the screen. Laptop works perfectly at a great price.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
