The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended." When I received the saxophone, 3 pads were missing and was not functional. I asked the seller to compensate some money or pay for return shipping, but they refused. It costs hundreds of dollars and 2 weeks to get the item fixed. I wouldn't have bought this item if it had been listed properly.

The pictures from the vendor are how it should have looked. Vendor is working with me on this matter and I am very happy with them ( the vendor ), value should be fine once all is settled.
