The cutlery was in almost "as new" condition when it arrived. The items were securely packed and were dispatched quickly. However (and is NOT the fault of the seller), Royal Mail decided to lose the package in Warrington for a complete week, before they finally delivered it. The seller's help with the RM enquiry & communication was great. So all in all, a really good transaction with help provided. Thankyou so much
