Part showed up in better than pictured conditioned. The packaging was sub-par. Like others who have left feedback, they created my shipping label, then took about a week to deliver it to UPS. Once UPS had my package, it was quick to show up. All that to say, I had a good experience with jdmautopro and some of the issues of other buyers had did show up. Mounting tabs were bent worst than in the picture. It worked anyway, was able to swap damaged parts with the old one. I'd expect even just a little packing material but I was shocked to find that it was just thrown in a box. I guess I'm lucky the box wasn't handled too roughly by UPS on it's way to me. Overall, It works as good as my original radio worked, so I'll still give 5 stars.
