The Tektronix 2430A is a completely digital scope that will find a place in your laboratory or home electronics workshop. It operates off of an ordinary American wall current of 115 volts or the European standard of 230 volts. An American standard wall plug and connection to the power supplies are included. The oscilloscope can be housed inside a strong carrying case. This will protect it from all the normal varieties of wear and tear you may encounter. The case also makes it convenient to carry around when traveling. The power input is located on the back, and the voltage testing probes and scopes are arranged along the front. It also can interface directly with a computer through a GPIB or IEEE-488 interface bus. This is a powerful scope with a variety of high-tech digital and analog features. The automatic measuring system works in two different modes. It can measure as many as four different parameters at once, or it can be used to show a single picture of twenty different waveform parameters.
