While the comic books that initially shipped were in a grade less than advertised, the seller was quick to respond to my email and ship replacements at no extra cost. The replacements matched the advertised quality, condition, value, and appearance. It was a high quality buying experience. Excellent & quick communication, and very easy to work with. Already saved them to my Save Sellers, and will shop with in the future.

When book arrived, 3 interior pages had a small piece missing from the bottom corner, for which there were no scans to show the damage. I was offered a refund, but declined. Seller apologized profusely and sent me a partial refund anyway, without my asking. How many Sellers would do something like that? This Seller has a lot of integrity and can be trusted. It was very nice of him to do that.
