I spoke to the seller and they are aware and will accept the return. However somehow one way or another the return claim was somehow closed out , possibly my mother inadvertently did this as she was attempting to shop herself on eBay and didn’t understand the ramifications. It cannot be done thru DJI only the seller cause DJI drones be banned before the turn around
