I'm not sure why this is but other people have been having this issue as well. The first disc in the case was lose just jostling around however the movie still played fine. Disappointed that it didn't come with glasses when it literally says that on the back of the case. The seller shouldn't be showing a picture of the red case when that's not even what they are selling. Can't complain about the movies though. Freddy looks greaat in 4K.
