To my surprise, they responded to nearly all my messages in about 5 minutes or less, and they even went out of their way to physically go through their inventory to find me what I was looking for! That's what I call fantastic customer service. The device came in great condition with only a few minor scuffs, and it was spotless in terms of dust and debris. I'm very impressed and I would absolutely buy from them again

Received the phone in a plain box without original Apple box, no Apple charger, block, etc. the phone was scratched and I let him know as soon as I opened the package. The charging cycles was 200+, but the seller listed as “new”. He agreed it was used. Once returned, he tried saying I scratched the screen and didn’t send back in original “OEM” packaging. Seller refunded HALF of my money. Don’t waste your time buying from this seller. Not honest, not trustworthy.
