I offered them a partial refund, to which they denied. Then I told them to file an official return through eBay, even though I don't accept returns, which they did not do. Instead they left me a negative feedback and showed that they only wanted a free item out of the deal. This user has been blocked and I will contact eBay for feedback correction.
