I made a phone call explaining that parts were missing. About 5 days later the missing parts arrived at my home. The seller did a great job of keeping me informed. Very positive experience. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

They treated me so great as a first time buyer from their store. Item was better than described and shipped incredibly fast. Especially for mid archery season. I had ordered left handed PSE Brute compound bow online in a hurry for bow hunting season in SW Texas. I received a notice that my bow was on backorder order. I canceled my order and found Whitney's Hunting Supply out of New York had the exact same bow. I called and asked the lady if they had the bow. She said she would check and said yes that they had one left. I paid for it and she packed and shipped it immediately. Got my bow in 6 days! Great seller! Thanks
