Even under a heavy transfer load during consistent use, sound from the device is minimal. It has an operating temperature range of between zero degrees and 60 degrees Celsius. A high-temperature resistance protects the parts from heat damage to provide a SATA drive you can rely on.This 2TB OEM hard disk drive is compatible with Windows PCs and Mac OS X. Once it is mounted in your computer, use a SATA cable to connect it to the motherboard. Alternatively, install it by placing it in a separate enclosure for USB connections. Four platters of 500 GB each make up the hardware; it has an areal density of 400 GB per square inch. The NoTouch ramp load design means the recording head never touches the disk.
