The only possible improvement to this service would have been an acknowledgement of the message about the personalisation I sent after ordering.

The added personalisation touch is so nice and thoughtful and a big space to make it more personal than just 1/ 2 words. The colour of the pen is a vibrant colour. The condition is new as bought and it seems to be value.
