Customs process was efficient, the use of Poste Italiane and Parcelforce worked very well. I received lots of updates and could track using both websites. Customs was efficient with fair VAT/customs pricing. The fuel tank is exactly what I ordered and was well packaged, arriving in perfect condition. Great value too. I would happily buy again.
