    The cross stitch kit was ripped open with one of the frames hanging loose in the shipping bag, but luckily nothing arrived broken. The plastic container that was supposed to protect everything was smashed and the kit was halfway falling out of it with nothing between it and the shipping bag. The contents would've been better secured with some bubble wrap or cardboard taped around them.
