Not sure why you're comparing different toys? The "looney loops" are a 4 pack for $8.99 and these are 50 for $21.99. There is a difference as its a totally different toy. Thank you

I could see the balls were inside of it. They shipped super quick. They are Christmas gift, that way I can wrap them now
