Over a MONTH went by with no delivery — and no sign that it had even been shipped, despite them having already given me a tracking number. I contacted them to ask what was going on, and they said they’d look into it. Then days passed with no response, even after I followed up multiple times. Overall, a terrible experience — though at least I got my money back
