To circumvent our return policy, the buyer resorted to opening a false return claim, falsely stating that the item was not as described. As a result, we were forced to accept the return and pay for the shipping costs. To add insult to injury, the buyer left us negative feedback in retaliation after we opened a case, which abuses the eBay feedback return and feedback policy.
