I contacted them and got weeks of "we're working to ship the hv battery". Finally gave them 48 hours to provide proof of shipment or get reported to the fraud department @ eBay. They went silent. I have reported and requested a refund under the "eBay Money Back Guarantee."

After I purchased, they were able to send it ASAP, I was able to fix my Prius sooner than i expected and it has given me no problems. I am positive I will have no concerns when it comes to my Prius Battery.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the cells as well as great post-sale communications. I have purchased a few batches of hybrid battery cells for my car from different sellers on eBay and this seller is no doubt the best in my experience. Thanks!
