I bought a similar item elsewhere. It has a lining, inner pockets, and is made from genuine leather. This was not worth the cost. The photos compare this jacket with the better one. This one is on the left. Shirt material is stretchy though, so the 3X should be OK. Note the sizing chart on the listing. Item seems to be true to size based on the size chart provided.
