I offered to cancel the order, or make a fair adjustment as the buyer said " send it, I really want this bottle". I heaard nothing from him, thinking he was satisfied. Then I see the neutral feedback. I went a long way to satisfy the customer, and was willing to go farther.

Dale's Antiques has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process of finding a third-party to pick up and deliver this piece. Very communicative and offered some ideas for me to help find a carrier (since this was local pickup only). The description of how the piece would be packaged was very useful and the pickup went without a hitch. Thank you!
