Bolt holes match up but,the stiff upper portion of the splash guards do not sit flush with the body curves. The hardware provided, lacked threaded clips to help secure the upper edge of the guards. I only received screws and had to find the appropriate clips to secure the guards to the body. Maybe the seller forgot to include them. I'll leave them on for mean time but cannot recommend them because of the gaps near the body clad moulding.
