    While book was listed as brand new and including a cd tutorial, condition was clearly very good to like new and no cd was included. The cd is of no use to me however. Book didn't ship for ten days. Seller apologized explaining was out of town. This was not explained to me when I inquired initially. I know ebay lets sellers pause item sales while away.
