Contacted the seller who immediately contacted me back with offering to refund Half the cost of the purchase and with that I can buy printing head and get it up and running. I responded hoping to reduce any cost to the seller, and i’m waiting to hear back as to whether they have that part that they could perhaps mail.

As long as you are honest and supply the information/proof they ask for, they tend to take care of you. I have been content with the service for sure. The printer does print good when it's printing right and the money saved from buying a refurb is definitely worth the cosmetic damages. (Who cares?!) The replacement printer arrived in good condition and looks pretty decent. Just be patient
