Total failure to lock/unlock when using the app. I'm familiar with these kinds of locks and fiddled with it for 3 hours trying to solve the issue. Needing a lock installed installed at our Airbnb property, I ordered identical model from Amazon so I could get it quickly. That lock works as it should. This deadbolt was recycled, and I'm going to search for that part so lock can still be used.
